The photograph was taken at the Učka Nature Park, Istria, Croatia during December 2021. (https://www.pp-ucka.hr/). It was a family trip during a weekend. Among several photos I took, this is the top of the mountain Učka, Vojak.
Snowy clouds and fog hindered the usual sight of the town of Rijeka and the Kvarner Bay islands, but being on the top of Učka among the virgin snow whiteness is an experience of unutterable beauty.
Afterwards, looking at the image, the idea of haiku sprang into my mind and I made a note of it.
